Tables by Design

Tables by Design is held each fall to help fund children's programs supported by the Good Samaritan Center. The 9th annual event will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015 at the Elms Hotel & Spa, Grand Ballroom, 5:30 to 9 p.m. GSC is excited to once again offer this beautiful setting for an opportunity to support its programs financially. Silent auction during event.

Reservations $34 per guest. This amount covers only the cost of the evening's dinner and entertainment. There will be an opportunity to support the Center financially during the event.

Community Christmas Dinner

We are partnering with local service organizations to provide a Community Christmas Dinner. The event will efeature a dinner for our clients with gifts for the children to pick out for their parents, a visit with Santa Claus and music. The dinner will be held on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013.

Tortoise and Hare Walk/Run/Roll For Hunger

The Good Samaritan Center holds an annual 5K Tortoise and Hare Walk/Roll/Run in the spring. On Saturday, May 30, 2015, GSC will partner with Up and Running, Kearney, and Anytime Fitness, Excelsior Springs, to bring the "Superhero Run/Walk/Roll" to Excelsior Springs! The event will include costume contest and prizes, cape decorating, and pics with superheros! The run will begin from the Wabash BBQ, 646 S. Kansas City Ave., at 8 a.m.; registration will begin at 7 a.m. Click here for more info and registration form or register online here. Spring Scramble

The 23rd Annual Spring Scramble will be held in May 8, 2015 at the Excelsior Springs Golf Course. Lunch will be served at noon, followed by a 1 p.m. Tee Time. $125 per player includes entry fee, green and cart fees, lunch, beverages, games and contests and entry in Skins Pot. Cash prizes are awarded in two flights. In 2014, the 4-man scramble raised over $18,000. Proceeds will fund GSC programs. Click here for flyer.

Due to replacement of bridges on Hwy. 10 through Excelsior Springs, golfers will experience a detour to get to the Excelsior Springs Golf Course. Click here for alternate route map.
